Special Instruction for Eyeliner
- Do not wear your contact lenes to your appointment and for 24-48hours following the procedure.
- Due to possible swelling/irritation, you should have someone avaiable to drive you home if necessary.
- Eye drops (prescription or over-the-counter) may be used after the procedure according to their instructions.
- In the morning and at night, apply recover oniment with a clean cotton swab and gently dab along the eyelashes. Do not get any oniment into your eyes-if this happens, gently wipe away and rinse eyes with water or eyedrops.
- There may some discharge around the eyelashes in the morning, swelling of the eyelids, and /or bruising. Discharge may be gently wiped away with a clean tissue or cotton swab.
- Do not pick, scratch, or rub the eyes or make any attempt to remobe the crusty material along the eyelashes. Removal of the crusts may result in removal of the actual pigment.
- You may clean around the eyelids following the eyeliner procedure with clean cotton balls soaked in warm water, but avoid contact with the eyelashes/ procedure area itself.
- For the first 24 to 48hours, it is not unusual to experience some light sensitivity; the use of sunglasses is recommended.
- You may resume using lash growth serums/ products after the procedure has healed(5-7days)
